At VVM Vastra, we are committed to delivering handcrafted elegance with quality and care. If you receive a damaged item or a completely incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
•        A proper unboxing video (taken before the package is opened) is mandatory.
•        Include clear photos of the product from all angles.
•        Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories provided.
Please note:
•        Minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to lighting, backgrounds, or photoshoot conditions and are not considered defects.
•        VVM Vastra will bear the return shipping costs in approved cases.
If your return request is validated:
•        We will offer a replacement, if available.
•        If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued within 4-5 working days.
As all products undergo thorough quality checks, our return policy is applied strictly.
